I use 1and1.com. It has a LOT of flexibility, but some of the flexibility comes with the cost of the necessity of "knowing what you're doing." Fortunately, they have awesome support! I also like that they can host a database.

I use godaddy They have a package starting at $4.95 mo if you sign for 3 years

I use 3IX good service they offer a site builder offer Frontpage extensions, and plenty of storage and transfers they have packages starting at 12.00 a year, and have a good service department. I hated Godaddy I got more spam from them than from eBay or Harbor freight.
