Has anyone ever ordered anything from WayFair that was on closeout. I am looking at a Husky workbench that they are selling for $50. One of those too good to be true. But I see they have a ton of other stuff at ridiculous prices. What is the catch or downfall of this? Thanks.

Facebook has soo much spam it's pitiful. If I see any ad on there I'm interested in, I will google the main website, if it exists, and check it out there.
That is what I did and found out the ad I was looking at was spam. I went to the Wayfair main site and could not find the bench. I just locked out those web sites because I gave my email address so hopefully that will stop that. Will see.

I have reported blatant scams on FB about 2 dozens times and for each one they responded that they found nothing wrong and allowed the ads to stay. The best I have seen was the Gibson guitars were 90% off. I then called Gibson and said it was a known scam (not according to FB). I immediately block any advertisers or (im)posters.

Ya, FB could care less. All they care about is clicks!!! FB is just a garbage pit.

I also investigate many 'ads' that are too good to be true and report them when I've found they are scams. Like tonyL says, they always come back with, "We didnt find anything wrong with said ad". I especially like the ones with scarce or allocated bourbons (I live in the Bourbon capital of the world) that are being auctioned for $1 or whatever. Also, the Amazon pallets for $29.
After receiving FB false findings I've just stopped reporting them and just use the "X" in the upper right corner. I generally dont see those ads anymore.

As far as Wayfair, my wife has purchased a couple pieces of furniture from them. You have to assemble it and it's ok but, they are not pieces of Ethan Allen.

My wife has purchased from WayFair directly (no 3rd party sponsored links) quite a few items).

7 foot bathroom vanity, fully assembled. Weighed a couple hundred pounds plus. Shipping included was less expensive than the exact item from other sources that did not include truck delivery. A $25 added delivery fee put the vanity in our room of choice.... which was the Master Bath remodel in the BASEMENT. The double sink resin countertop was also included. Needless to say, the size of the item made it "UN-dollyable" and had to be manhandled from the delivery truck to the basement.
