I am using a 8x8 cooking pan for my mold. It is teflon coated and so far I've had no issues with my material poppoing out (but I haven't ventured into pressure/vac casting). I wanted to use up my resin so that it would accidentally harden on me, and I had some new paints/dyes to try. So I cast them all today. I tend to use a bit more catalyst than other at 10+ drops per ounce. So I had the mold sitting out in the sun, and when I picked it up, it was pretty hot.

Flipped it over on a piece of ply and the cast came out. And took most of the teflon coating with it

I'll post the casts later, They look really cool.

Does your wife know yet??

Okay, here is the blank that took the teflon with it.

It didn't swirl as much as I'd hoped, son one side is Flourecent Orange and the other..... kinda whiteish. But it also glows in the dark :) (hard to photograph)
