I realize that im looking at an older crowd around here but do any of you play video games. Specifically xbox 360.

Im always looking for new friends and ive been really really bored ive bought 3 new games and already beat 2 of them within a week of buying them..... Is there any out there to suggest with a massively high replay value. I love me my rpgs and first person shooters. (dont suggest fallout 3 or borderlands as i have already destroyed those 2 games :p im talking 40+ hours on borderlands and i feel sad to say this but at least 140+ in fallout 3)

I cant think of the name of it right off hand, but there is a game where the character has a grappling hook attached to one arm. He highjacks helicopters and stuff with it, parachuting around the city... crazy fun game!
 
PS... Yes I am a gamer. There are a few of us around here... I dont play online because i only have dialup access but i try to play my 360 every day... In fact, I am going through withdrawals right now because my 360 is still in Florida, and i am waiting on my brother to ship it back to me... I have to settle for San Andreas on the PS2.
 
Beaten oblivion thats what turned me onto fallout 3 :p
Also ive played call of duty since the first one and have a specialized paint job for my 360 with modern warfare 2. Saboteur was fun but i traded it to a friend cause i wanted assassins creed 1 back. What kind of racing games are out currently i saw blur and split second they both looked really good.

I pride myself on my 20k achievement score btw :p
 
NICE GAMERSCORE! my homie has like 26k i think... I am not sure exactly what it is, but i know it is over 20K. He is a roughneck and lives at home with his parents. He is a shut in other than work, so gaming is his getaway. He bought a 60 inch t.v. just for gaming. His old 360 Elite was acting buggy (you had to slap it around to get it to read the disc), so when red dead came out, he bought a new system so as not to have to deal with getting the disc to spin up.

I think there is a new Midnight Club game too, or maybe it was NFS, i dont remember... Just about any racing game now a days is pretty good. I know i CANT WAIT for New Vegas to drop, and there are several other hot titles dropping between now and Christmas.

There used to be a game for PS2 that was all highway racing in Tokyo. It was called Tokyo Extreme racing or something similar. THAT was a sweet game!

assassins creed sucks. too repitititititititititititious. I couldnt get half way through it before i gave up for something else. I could ask my buddy with the high ass gamerscore what he would suggest??!!
 
battlefield BC2 was fun! so was the first one... I really liked the destroyable surroundings. Made it more realistic, and a bit more challenging sometimes.
 
Yeah it is a little nutty to be hiding in a building as a sniper then next thing you know there is no more building thanks to a tank. :)
 
I loved asscreed 1 and 2 just because i like assassins :p But to each their own. Thanks for the compliments ive been at it a while. of course ive only been home since last friday and ive gone from 189xx to just over 20k mostly because of the new games that ive gotten but hey :p.

I love both the L4Ds beat them both good replay value i just had to give my little brother a gaming intervention.

When i got home he was complaining about how we have no games to play and all he has to do is play forge on halo 3 i showed him about 10 games that he hasnt beaten then i got into his gamerscore he called me an achievment who** but i told him that it makes me feel like i beat the game when i have almost all of them. needlesss to say he has started playing the new games i have bought

All beaten expect for alan wake within a week. While making pens. I have no life when summer rolls around.....
Next on my list are
Fallout new vegas
HALO REACH LEGENDARY EDITION!!!

Just Cause 2. If you care about a good plot/story line I wouldn't play this. But for causing chaos blowing EVERYTHING up and doing whatever you want it can be alot of fun. I'm a PS3 nut, but lately the only thing i've been playing is MW2. I've even got my 50+ dad into gaming. He likes Rainbow 6 Vegas and now I've got him into MW2.
 
I'm a gamer. Have a 360. Been playing Turok for a little bit. Also Red Dead Redemption. Ron made me buy it though. That's all he ever talks about. I'm just kinda of starting to like 1st person shooter games. I'm more into racing games and guitar hero. I wish I could play as good in real life. Then I could challenge Dalecamino to a duel!!:biggrin:
 
I only briefly played red dead revolver because i thought it was a cheap rip-off of GUN personally red dead redemption is a lot better because its more in depth. Gun on the other hand was a very unique game and i beat that one as much as i could. Even without the gamerscore bonus :p
 
yeah redemption is the bomb.... It is also the proud owner of what i think is the saddest achievement in all of gaming. Killing the last Buffalo is 5 points i can do without!

My preferred game is racing.. any racing game.

My all time favorite would have to be the original Gran Turismo. There was a little 500 something horse FTO that would SPANK all the big cars! It would lose on the test track and high speed ring, but i could beat anything on any other track with that little car!
 
Yes, gran turismo was a great game!!! I think the souped up version of the NSX was what I used to drive all the time... I can't remember.
