Yeah....Windows Movie Maker is the name of the program and it is really easy to make some decent videos.

Windows Movie Maker is fun and easy to master. Some of the new file formats it does not work with.

Ive been trying windows movie maker but can someone tell me a free program without spyware that will convert MOV files as movie maker doesn't like them.

to convert just about any video files to DVD (for about forty bucks) try VSO ConvertXtoDVD

Just us a Mac and mov files are no problem. Now AVI files may be an issue but there are ways to handle that as well.

If you already have a PC, I guess it would have to do but for my money, Mac's win every time for anything in the photo or video world.

Xilisoft makes a very nice suite of programs that handle most video and audio formats.

It doesn't do movie editing though.
