If I'm right pressure is to eliminate air bubbles and vacuum is to suck the stabilizing agent into pithy or porous materials. so if there will be large amounts of pr pockets I think pressure will be the best. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

I would vacuum the resin to degas it in the cup prior to catalyst then warm it to thin it out, add catalyst, stir slow to not add air back in and pour in the mold. Pressure from their will push the resin into all of the crevises and hold it tight to the bone as it shinks a little. If you vacuum after you pour it on the bone it will bubble to all get out as the air is pulled from the bone and then you will have a mess on your hands.

just my $.02

Use pressure not vacuum.

With vacuum, bubbles will be drawn out from the bone, and the resin will have gone off before the bubbles are gone

Make sure the bones have been boiled well, then dried well, before casting.
