Do you mean upload as in sending a file to them or do you mean download where you download a file to your computer?

Since you mentioned Utube, if you want to download a video file from that site, there are tools available on the web to accomplish that. Do a google search on "download video from utube". Most work when you go to Utube, right click on the video thumbnail and chose "copy link location". You then go the the webtool you choose from the search above and paste the link location into their box that requests the Utube URL.

Youtube...

I am assuming that this is about youtube...The only way to download a copy of a video from you tube is to download a program from the web that will do it for you...as previously advised. If you are talking about a picture, you can always do a screen capture if you cant right click and SAVE AS. Then crop the screen capture so you are just left with the photo you want.
