Well I feel like I won the lottery today. I was just told that I am the proud owner of some more wood, some rather nice Black Walnut that has been seasoning in log form for about 2 years. There are three logs that are 8 - 10 feet long and average 20 - 30" in diameter.
The best part of it is that they were delivered to my uncle's place for the tidy sum of one 24 of beer and three salad bowls to be made from the wood. The wife is going to cringe when I tell her I have more wood, at least she will only see it once in a while.
Some days it is better to be lucky than good. :biggrin:
