I just got my newsletter from the Woodworkers Journal. In the Q & A section was an article about the making of furniture using Honeylocust wood. In that article was this link which takes one to the U.S. Forrest Products Laboratory FREE download of their complete forestry handbook.

There is enough information here to last all of us several lifetimes. The Woodworkers Journal recommends that one read the list of chapter titles and download only what is of interest to the reader.
