Made this for my wife for our 11th anniversary. It is a 2 tone ring design I read on -woodturning online-.The inner ring is redheart and the outer is myrtlewood burl.It has a CA finish so it should hold up pretty well.It is a size 6.I originally tried zircote for the outer ring but it blew up.What do you think?

The ring has a very nice look to it. The two woods work very well together, and you managed to keep it from being too bulky, something often a problem with all-wood rings. The cross grain result should yield strength even though one is a burl. Great job!

Nicely done, I've made rings with standard cross grain lamination, but this is much nicer.
