Tsunami pens anyone?

I don't cast but thought, with all the tsunami flotsam washing up on the west coast someone could start casting bits and pieces in pens.

Is that even viable?

Got the idea watching a video of the floating dock off Hawaii.

Jim if you find some interesting pieces when it lands in Monterey I would be interested. Was watching a new show a few months ago and it showed pieces of boats, houses, temples etc that had been washed up on the shores of Washington State (I think it was Washington) Anyway I was thinking along the same lines as Haynie but no we have coasts in Arizona to beach comb.
