Testing out the steps to make a scalloped blank. This was more going through the process than making a finished/usable product.

Nothing really came out square or a proper 45 degrees but it works for the first try.

This thread would be useless without pics so here's what I ended up with.

Padauk, box elder, with aluminum/Corian

I assume the "before" is on the right and the "after" is on the left.

Yep.. I only rounded one of them so I could see how it looked.

I ordered some Cambridge kits today so I'm looking forward to getting one of these prepped and on a pen.
