Good things come in small packages!! In this case, the small package held a true High Speed Steel cutterhead for milling pen barrells!! Check out the pics below! Got this from Paul Huffman, and while not cheap it does an amazing job, and should held an edge significantly longer than the other less expensive milling heads I send him regularly for resharpening.

Chris, I believe he had one more on hand last night, and access to more if there is additional demand. Now that I've seen how well this performs, I'll be looking to get a second one myself once SWMBO's distracted. As you might be able to tell from the picture, this cutterhead will not work with our regular pilot shafts, So Paul's got a little work to do mating this commercial cutter up with a pilot shaft. These are designed for cutting aluminum, brass, etc, so as you might guess it does a fantastic job on wood, PR, and tru-stone.

The pilot hole is only 3/16, so I make the shaft out of letter 'D' drill rod. I am checking on some pricing, but if I don't get a discount from my supplier (boy they have gone up in price!) They would run very expensive, (like $50+) for the size you have, Lyle. I bought the ones I have 2-3 years ago. I'll keep checking for a better supplier.
