I just got this oven from Abilities Unlimited (a thrift shop for supporting mentally handicapped people) for $35. I rigged up a temporary power cord to test it and everything works fine, even the digital controls. The only problem that I have found is the hinges for the door. They don't keep the door closed properly. Turns out a mount for a roller on each hinge had broken loose which kept the door from completely closing. After removal and inspection, it will be an easy fix to make a new mount for the roller, just a bolt and a sleeve is all it will take. Now I will be able to powder coat larger objects/batches with better consistancy.
