After many long hours of drooling over tanks I finally grabbed a used Binks 2.8gal for a price I thought seemed pretty reasonable, especially with most of the fittings included. I will probably still get some new valves and gauges but all told I probably will still come out ahead of buying a HF and fittings.

Yep looks like it, I did swap out the valves to a more convient lever ball type and rearranged the quick connects but overall I couldn't have asked for a more plug and play type of set up.

Doing the pressure testing now and looks like it is holding pretty well but time will tell.
