It's winter in Pennsylvania

When the snow's up to your butt;

Yes, the weather here is wonderful,

I work in Harrisburg and our "Governor" just closed the 3 major highways across the Susquehanna River. Leaves two small bridges in downtown to cross the river with....

I think I'm going to go lick a lamp post....
