Titanium

Can you solder aluminum to titanium?? Or is it a case where the solder will hold anything up to a point.?

I wouldn't think so. They are two totally dissimilar metals.

There may be a glue to hold them.

I have never had much success soldering aluminum to anything including itself. There is a product that comes close for use with a hand torch, but inert gas welding is the norm.

Titanium is another challenge all by itself -- a challenge to machine for sure.

You can not solder any thing to Titanium, you can Laser weld it or TIG weld it,or better yet in a Vacuum environment.

Issssh, this is a lost cause. No can do that stuff.
