I would like to thank all of you for your well wishes, they mean a great deal to us. I wanted to give you an update.

On 7/28 Tim was involved in a motorcycle accident and broke his arm. He did require surgery which went qutie well. They put a metal plate in his arm and he'll be as good as new.

As timing would have it the day before the accident was my last day in the corporate world as we decided to have one us devote full time time to Wood-N-Whimsies.

Things have been a crazy but are finally settling down. I'm learning a few things about cutting Dymondwood and one of them is that SPLINTERS hurt!!!

Again - Thank you for your well wishes and I just wanted to let everyone know that Tim is doing GREAT!

Thanks
Tracey

I'm really sorry to hear about Tim's accident. But I'm glad to hear he's going to be okay. I've only just started doing business with you guys. I have to say, it's wonderful - and I'm grateful for the way you do business.

Tracey,

Best wishes to both of you. I have been very pleased with the orders you have shipped to me and look forward to continuing to work with you.

(At the prices you charge, you are going to NEED lots of business!!!! There isn't much margin there!)

GOOD LUCK!!!! Hope Tim recovers fully and SOON!!

Hi Tracy,

Glad to hear that Tim is doing okay, I hope that he has a very speedy and complete recovery. I received the new cutter and adapter last Friday just as I was leaving town. Thank you both for your help in getting me the parts I needed.

Tracy you did say arm which makes me beleive Tim still has one good one. I think he can work a computer one handed and process all of the orders while you pack. [)]

All kidding aside get well soon and I will be placing an order later this month.

Tim, wishing you a speedy recovery. How is it progressing now?

You two are great - can't be the prices or the service. Keep it up!!!
