I recently purchased some inlay kits from Constant at LazerLinez. One of them was the rose inlay kit. The first step of the instructions for this kit reads;
"Step 1: Remove all components from the plastic bag and place on a clean work surface. Please note that the components are small and you can loose them quite easily." Clear enough for even me to understand.
You've probably guessed it by now. I dropped or swallowed or did something with one of the leaves. I searched everywhere and could not find it. I sent Constant a PM asking for a replacement and offering to pay for it. He responded promptly and said a replacement was being sent.
I received it within a couple of days. He sent it in a small flat rate box along with a stabilized buckeye burl blank, and it was all GRATIS! I appreciate folks who do business the old fashioned way and Constant is one of them. He has gained my business and support by representing his products fairly, fulfilling orders promptly, and offering customer service the old fashioned way.
