Thank you JR at BEALL tool. What a nice bunch of folks to deal with. Got my new collet chuck today and am ready to turn. What is unusual is I had a return item (new in box) and fully expected a normal restocking fee to be charged. These nice folks credited me for the return and applied it to the Collet system. You know, good customer service like the old days. What a pleasure!
