Has anyone ever heard of a three way pen kit? I’m looking for one that has a pen, pencil and stylus. I have a guy that keeps asking me for one.

This 3 way pen is available in the UK. It has a pencil and two different mini ink refills. Certainly not a high end kit, but they are a big hit with school kids. One day, I'm gonna strip the guts from one and make one from stainless.
For your use, perhaps you could replace one of the refills with a plastic rod for the stylus?
