Thank you, Lou. I needed that one. As you know, I am a custome home builder. Quality is the most important thing to me and most of the time my homes take longer to build than any of my competition. Sometimes my customers get pissed at me becasue of the time it takes and I try to explain that quality takes longer. This is a perfect quote for me, so much so that I just edited my default business e-mail signature to add it as part! Thanks.
