Gifted Dog Pen.... Do I have a refill I can buy? No.. it's free. The tip is sticking out I tried to change it myself...Bring it over. The owner disassembled and put the spring into the butt end of the refill not the tip shaft. Stuck the spring in toward the click and forced the refill in.

Gifted Pen to a cousin ..... How do I put it back together? I asked if it was a rainy day and you were bored....had nothing better to do than take the pen apart?

Me... I give up

Some of the questions we get and conversations we have!!!!

There are probably dozens of (humorous) conversations like that, and I have enjoyed reading them over the years. One that stuck with me was the IAP member that was selling at a craft fair, and a woman asked: "How do you wrap the wood around it?"

Had someone at a craft show ask me if that was my best price . Replied that I could always go higher.

Reminds me of the supposed true story about a Dell customer that called customer service about the her new computer not working and after many questions, the customer said the power was off because of a storm. The tech told her to box the computer back up and send it back to them as she was too stupid to have a computer. Supposedly the tech was fired.
