I wouldnt touch that with a 10 foot pole. It may act more like a pipe bomb than a pressure chamber

This is the one I bought off of Craigs for $25, only 2 gallon but for stabilizing it works great. Wasn't quite as bad as the one above, but it was coated in paint and needed a seal. Works fine, ran it up to 75 pounds and nada happened. A lot better than the HF China version I have.

I bought one off of CL, it looked a little rough so I took it to a paint shop where they pressure tested it.

whats wrong with that? you just don't like the color? add some new colorful paint all over and it will look very sweet and ready to go!

I just picked up a used Craftsman (old style made by DeVilbiss I believe) with the cast iron lid from a local steel salvage yard for $5! In perfect condition too!
