I've had a few inquiries about how I make and prepare my blanks for my Texas pens (see bad picture below). I thought it would be a good excuse for another gathering of the Greater Houston are turners. This will be a short meeting at my shop on Saturday June 13. We'll start about 1 PM and go to about 3 or 4. At this time, no plans for food afterward.

After looking at the calendar, it looks like I get in from Chicago the night before, and I don't leave for NY till later in the week, so I think I can make it down. Thanks for the invite Monty...
