I've been making pens for friends and have run across folks who really like the popular throwaway gel and fine tip rollerball pens like the ones Uniball makes. All the rollerball kits I run across are hefty. People like the size of the Slimline kits but want rollerball/gel refills. I've not run across a gel/rollerball refill that fits the Cross specs of a Slimline.

Is there a rollerball kit out there on the slimmer side (<10mm)?

Thanks!

Prokraft has a couple of options that you might look at. Their Rollester Rollerball kit uses a 9.5mm tube. They also have a Solid Brass Tubeless Rollerball kit that uses 6.5mm, 8.5mm, & 9mm drill bits.

Not rollerballs, but PSI (and others) have some gelwriter ballpoint kits that use 8mm tubes. Check out the Slimline Pro Gelwriter and the EZ Grasp Gelwriter. Both are click pens.

Thanks for that. I'll give them a look.

I second the Rollester.
