I am looking to fill the inside of a very small tube. So small that I might need to find a drug dealer for a large bore needle to get the resin inside it. Is there anything close to the thickness of water? any ideas would be appreciated.

Christopher:
I use an ultra sonic cleaner with heat to thin Silmar 41. After 4- 480 second cycles, the resin is as thin as water.

I would think you could get it just as thin with a hot water bath and a heat lamp.

Just warm that PR in hot water. When I was using PR I used Hot water to thin the PR. Be careful though because once you add the Cat it will set up faster due to the heat already in there. If you are trying to preserve the outside of the tube wrap it in blue tape and cover w/ Pam or some Vaseline and after the pour give it a quick wipe down to remove any build up. Pour the PR slow so the air can escape.

If you use PR, you can thin it with styrene monomer - usually avialable at many places that sell PR or fiberglass resin. The PR we use has about 50% styrene monomer in it already -its the stuff that has the odor. Those who spray fiberglass use this to thin the resin.
