Thin Blue Line - Gift for a friend

Found a thin blue line blank and knew the perfect friend to gift it to.

Even tried a CA finish, took my time with it...
8 coats of thin
5 coats of medium

Blank ended up having a flaw but I think it gives it character.

If you are calling the lighter streaks, I wouldn't call is a flaw - I think it gives the pen some nice character.
