I hear stuff like that all the time, as I hunt..they do believe that they are blameless if someone else kills it and puts it in plastic,,,their hand s are clean

When I was in my mid teens I lived for short while with my grandmother... she bought raw milk from a local farmer in gallon jars. My "city" cousins were visiting one weekend and when she offered them milk, their comment was - we only drink homogenized milk.
Grandmother poured a quart of raw milk into a quart milk carton that said homogenized on the side, poured the milk from the carton into their glass and they were happy.. go figure.

I agree Lou. My aunt thinks like that person. She gets upset with me if I wear a shirt from Sportsman showing a deer or a fish on it, of course it may say Browning or a name of ammo. She says fishing is barbaric, go figure. She is about 80 and I am almost 60 and she continues her attitude to this day, but when she has work for me to do she is not very vocal about my shirt.

Let em live in their plastic bubble. Probably safer for the rest of us.

If they only knew the cash that is generated by hunter and fishermen for the staes they might think twice, well no they are just wired wrong I quess. It is a ton of money in Michigan that is poured back into the enviroment in many ways. This another effect of the digital age screwing up all the young minds(only my opinion).Victor

When I was in college ( and just married) I worked in a grocery store (remember those - now called super markets or Walmart).

One lady had a whole chicken pack in the buggy along with other things. As the cashier was ringing up the prices, the bag boy (not me) said "that chicken is dead". Several of us laughed, but the lady refused to take the chicken after that and demanded that the charge be taken off of her total.

My fellow barbarians I belong to P.E.T.A. "people eating tasty animals" that's why I hunt and fish, I slaughter my own chickens, and don't like the hormone injected steroid packed crap that get's sold in markets, I wish I had room for a head or two of calf's, I wonder how that idiot finds his or her way home at night??

They probably saw it on TV so it has to be true.

And these people actually remember to breath on their own???

OMG!!!! That is ........ well, I'm not sure if it is hilarious or scary!! That person probably is a registered voter!:eek::eek:

The scary part is they vote!

All the above quotes I absolutely agree with ... even the political hinted ones ... BUT in additon to this is that they BREED! Often amongst themselves!:eek:

Sometimes it seems to be quite evident that they have that part figured out ... and that is most unfortunate for the rest of us!

Now there is a solid reminder that half the people in the world are of below average intelligence! :)

I know many so called "geniuses" that don't have any "reasoning/thinking" skills. Shucks, they were so smart that when they went to college on academic scholarships - they didn't need to learn a thing! Then they emerged and showed that they hadn't! I speak from experience - I have several in the family.

.... oookay...

Must be the same person that asked me: "how many apples do you want"

I said "half a dozen"

"Sorry, we don't have half a dozen"

"Fine, give me six"

"Great, we have six!"

Making change was a real treat to watch too...

Hey, Super Dave, we have a McDonalds full of those smart ones you wrote about. One even told me that there were 10 items to a dozen ... Oh, well!

I just walked away recounting my change and found she had actually given me my money back plus an extra dollar to go along with the fish sandwich and Coke. Sometimes it pays to go in these places, not often, but sometimes!

Maybe it is caused by the metal studs in her tongue, lips, and eyebrow pierceings she was displaying mixed in with all the energy from the overhead monitors and lights, etc. Heck, I suspect she actually glows in the dark!

Fred i have a friend , when he get low on money , he will go to a store and ask for change for a twenty he ask for two tens and two fives for it .... sad but sometimes he get it .....

There's room for all God's creatures.

Right next to the mashed potatoes.

I'm reminded of an old Steve Martin bit:

"At McDonald's they have this vat. Full of this stuff. Big Mac? Schwoop! Milkshake? Schwoop! Paper box? Schwoop!"
