The Right Resin?

Had a coupon, no polyester resin, only had this. Can I use this for color casting + snake skin casting or should I return it tomorrow?

That is PR. It's an ETI product and tends to be fairly brittle. Doesn't really matter on catalyst ratio either. It's just the resin.

I don't turn them with a tool anyway, I just max the speed and sand from 50 grit - 12,000 MM.

But this will work, correct? Double checking, it was 20bucks!

Yes, it will work. It is what most people start out with to get a taste of casting.
