This just happens to me too often.
It didn't quite make it to Dragon's Breath.

It was liquid when I started pouring, but set hard before I could finish.

Charlie...I feel your pain!! LOL
Chunk it and recast it into something new.....St George's Revenge??

Chunk it? Alton already has a 30 lb box of blanks to be 'chunked':biggrin:
Every time he visits the shop I hand him a box and tell him "Here's some
more stuff to feed your chipper"

Kinda like the name, though  I'll add more brown next time.

how do u warm resin? does it make it cure faster? (im assuming yes)

I put the bottle (or container) in warm water.

And yes, it cures faster. I do it because it gets thinner, and air bubbles
clear much easier. But every once in a while I get sidetracked and forget
just how fast it can gel. You can be in the middle of pouring a stream
into a mold .. and mid-pour, that stream will just stop.
