Oh I've got one. It was just alllllll the way across the garage (cough about 20 feet).

I used to wear prescription safety glasses all the time, but when not at work I would snap the side shields off. I still used either a full face or over the glasses glasses whenever I was cutting or turning stuff. It's so easy to let things slide though. I'm the same with dust collection, but I was only going to make one little cut.

Reminders like this really help boost the diligence up again when it comes to that kind of stuff.
