Just a note to say that I had a" great rush" today, an awesome thrill.
I took a couple of college visitors from the Memphis TN area to a nearby theme park that I have been to several times (near Nagoya, Japan). It has the worlds third highest roller coaster at 97 meters and is the world's longest - called the Steel dragon. Even though I have been several times to this theme park, the Steel Dragon has always been closed, which it is on windy days and often in the winter.
They have a huge wooden roller coaster also that will shake your teeth out. Feels like one big long vibrating earthquake. But it was fun. When I was in line, I noticed a sign saying no one over 54 was allowed. No one asked me and I didn't volunteer my age - so I guess my "61" birthdays didn't matter. I didn't see an age sign on the Steel Dragon relating to age - only those with heart problems not allowed. AND all the signs were in Japanese. I could have claimed that I couldn't read them.
It was the best rush I have had outside of a aerobatic plane ride some years ago.
I feel like a kid again. :smile-big:
