I wanted to thank Keith for the awesome pen blank and kit he sent that I won in the latest raffle, I had delayed posting with the hopes of posting a pic of the finished pen. Well it is still hotter than hoolies here in NY and cannot enjoy myself in the shop (cannot make wife understand how nice a/c would be in shop!) so I wanted to send this to Keith to let him know that I really appreciated the blank that words cannot describe, Thanks Keith

You're describing the AC improperly. If you tell here that you need AC in the shop, it won't happen.


If you tell her that you need a dehumidifier (which is technically also what an AC does) to protect your costly tools from humidity/corrosion, then you have a better case.

Or you can just get one and tell her you did it because it was too damn hot to make the pen that she wanted.
