Awhile back I was skimming through the tools section and ran across a discussion of bandsaw blades. I bookmarked the thread.
Flash forward to January 2010 - I purchased a new Jet 14 inch bandsaw - really nice. Of course, the blade wasn't great.
I went back to the thread, found the information for Timberwolf blades, and I ordered two blades for my new saw - 1/2 for green wood and 1/2 for standard wood.
I really had no idea there would be so big a difference - but this bandsaw now cuts through anything like butter - with no major pressure. Resawing is straight and clean. Very impressive - and to think the blade is the biggest help in improvement.
Thanks for your posts guys!
