I just have to post this, I hope everyone reads it.
We have a lot of suppliers on this group that are "Friends first" and offer very careful personal service. But I have never had a one on one experience like I have had with Vera at Quanhou L&V Industry Co.
I am coming to the end of the single most difficult group buy I have ever done. and the only reason it has worked is because of Vera.
Starting with having tracked down quotes on hundreds of individual Items. Vera also joined this group and has personally monitored comments questions and suggestions concerning this buy. Has already replied to me with answers to comments before I could even ask the question, offered suggestions about other sets etc that can be offered. notified me of mistakes I have made preventing at least two potentially very expensive mistakes. and last but not least found a way to get our very small order processed regardless of an actual 300 pc min order managed to get us an order of only 36 pieces.
Simply put I am stunned. Working with Vera has been much more like working with a friend.
I just want to thank Vera publicly for salvaging this group buy in more than one way. It would not have happened without you. I could not have expected the service you have given.

This is really my fault -- what I would have been interested in was one of those 115 piece sets that covers everything up to .5" in all the standard measurement scales. A set good enough so that I could cheerfully throw out most of me miscellaneous loose bits and partial sets. Of course, I never mentioned it to you, so it never came up.

Marc, I am still not done on all the drill bit stuff. I just managed by a miracle and Vera's help to complete this one. I would really like to have every bit between 7mm and 19/32 (the largest bit) available as individual bits or sets. I am not sure that these bits would beat the Harbor Freight 115 pc set. if they do it is not by much.
The real problem at this time is a 100 bit min order with about a 25 bit maximum demand. I did have all the fractional letter and metric bits as a set for a while. it simply was to many changes and to many choices to fast. hopefully I can get this narrowed down to just a single more stable offer.
I can get a lot of different bits from this company. in a huge range of sizes. they make metric bits in 0.1mm increments spade bits, Auger bits, Parabilic, pretty much any type of bit you could want I can get. the problem is getting 99 other people to want the same bit.
