After making 30 or so inexpensive Saturn pens and numerous cheese slicers and cutting boards it was time to try something more fun. The blank is from Exotic Blanks and was made by JohnU. If you haven't bought and turned one - pull the trigger. If you make your own blanks - take some time to see exactly what John does. He is a master and every blank is PERFECT.

Diamond Knurl Rollerball in gunmetal and chrome looked good to me with this blank. We will call it "Fifty shades of gray".
