Going on and beyond. After posting missing fingers on a praying hand kit , He offered to replace it . With my next order of just a few ribbon kits there it was . Thank you , and going beyond it was assembled :biggrin:.And going a little more than one would expect there was a blank in the box .

I almost started to get on my knees and pray that you heal until I remembered that I fell for the "missing fingers"post last week.

Had the same problem with two kits. Got my order last and there were the missing parts +. Now somehow I came up short of Start for the Cigar Flag kit, my fault ruined two stars wasn't worried until the last row and there were no more stars. Don't what happend as he sends extras. Grandaughter might have looked at them and lost a couple, more like Grandpa messed up. Email was sent asking for 4 stars. I am going to have set up a better are to assemble this kits so I don't have to ask for replacement parts.
