Texas Panhandle, Western Oklahoma, Southern Colorado and Eastern New Mexico

I live in the Amarillo area and we have no local chapter of IAP any closer than The Metroplex of Dallas/Ft. Worth, Oklahoma City etc.

I was wondering if there is any interest in starting a chapter here in Amarillo?

If so what is required?
