I noticed in another post a link to a tatoo supplier. Have any of youse folks tried tatoo inks for pr dyeing? I haven't done a search but you would think that there are a lot of colors available.
Tattoo inks are just pigments mixed in a chemical solution to disinfect the pigment and to help suspend it. Since the inks aren't regulated, the manufacturers aren't required to reveal their contents. So the solution they use may effect the PR. Probably better to just use the pigments?
I agree with James. While I'd try some out if I was a tattoo artist and had the ink lying around, I wouldn't go out of my way to buy some for the purpose.
