Greetings from Illinois! A local pen turner pulled the threads of fate that led me to this group. A couple of your members have already helped me find my way out of the weeds from sizing up a vintage model shop 3-in-1 machine to looking for a good quality mini lathe. This has already save me a lot of wandering - Thank you. I hope some day to be able to repay the generosity, expertise good will of your membership that I have already experienced. I look forward to participating in this association. I've found the right place!
 
I am looking forward to my first visit to Tampa in a few months.

My wife and I will be teaching a couple of sessions at the AAW Symposium, so perhaps we'll see some of you then.
