I was wondering how you guys get the swirls in the colors you cast in resin? My wife wants a lime green and pink blank. I was wondering how to get the two colors from mixing completely.
Thanks in advanced,

The trick is to pour right around the time it's about to gel. When it starts to
thicken just a little, it will hold the swirl better. If it's too thin, the colors will
just blend. But .. wait too long, and you'll get chunks.

I'd say DAMHIKT, but anyone who has poured already knows..

Waiting exactly the right amount of time is the trick.

It's a large reason why many recipes in the color library list temperature and gel times along with the amount of catalyst.

OR--
you can use alumilite and hope to get it poured fast enough.

(in "normal" conditions this isn't really a problem. In 110F temps,
I've demolded Crystal Clear ~ 5 min after mixing)

I see this alot on the forum, but never asked... what does it mean!?!?!??

I don't wait until it is thickening or gelling. Although I do it by time, since I know about when it will gel and I pour it while it is thin so the bubbles can have time to escape, with a little coaxing at times.
Once it starts to thicken, it stands a better chance of trapping air.
Just my $.02
