Looks like a DiamondCast blank .... is it ?

I like that black nib to match the section. Didn't know they made those. Is it coated (like enamel or powder) or electroplated "black chrome"?

This is a Bock nib and feed. 13mm triple start body to cap, 10mmx .75 for nib to body and a #6 tap for Bock nibs to screw the nib into the section.. Its very tight tapping for the nib. Too far and the section comes apart. Not enough amd the nib doesn't screw all the way in..
