Still fooling with stripes!!!!!!!

I am still playing with the sled I made and now I have made another to cut spaced cuts but on an angle of 22.5 degrees. Just a different look. The blanks are dyed box elder burl in red and blue and the white stripes are corian. The kit is a regular gold upgrade RT Euro. The pen rest is a piece of copper ore I found years ago in Michigan. Do you think photographing on the mirror helps or looks too busy?

Neat pen! I just can't figure out how to go about something like that. I really like the slant and pattern.

About the mirror? I think, on this pen, it gets a bit busy.
