But "The coach" made us work for it. Florida 24 South Carolina 14.. We better get better in the red zone if we want to take care of busness against Alabama and Texas.....:frown:

The only way I see Texas not making it to the BCS championship game is for them to lose a game, Florida and Alabama run the table and in the SEC championship game one of them only wins by 3 or less points, then they both could be in a rematch in the BCS championship game.

I don't see Texas losing. I think the SEC Championship game determines who plays for the National Championship against them.
'course, I want my boys to run the table all the way!

Go Gators

Gary I agree Texas's won't lose a game the only bump in the road could be the big 12 championship game if Nebraska wins the North, Bo Pelini is one of the best spread defensive coach's around .

And if we run the table it will be the first time in Gator history, go Gators!!!!!

I don't think it will happen. If the game against S. Car. is any indication. 24 to 14 isn't much of a point spread between a number 1 ranked team and a non ranked opponent. Gotta do em like OU used to do it... 54 to 0.

Never know Ray; they've been this way pretty much all year.
While the offense isn't scoring big NO ONE is scoring big on them.
The defense and special teams are phenomenal.
Yesterday's blitz defense simply forced Garcia to crack and that's also something they've been doing all year.

Go Gators!

I do think that this year has been a strange year. I don't think any one team has really stood out as the best of the best. I also don't think any one person has stood out as deserving of the Heisman Trophy this year either.

That and I'm thoroughly disgusted that there are 7 teams that have at least three losses in the top 25. Something really needs to be done about the BCS formula. They definitely need to add a better strength of schedule factor to it.

Look at U$C, perfect example, lost for the third time this season in a spectacularly horrible fashion to an unranked team and yet they did not drop out of the top 25? Or the fact that some of the other 7-3 teams are 3-3 in league play and still in the top 25?
