Sticky Blanks

all the silmar blanks i have tried so far have come out sticky. they are solid and cured all the way through just sticky on the outside. any thoughts?

A few minutes in a toaster oven at 125 will take care of this. We have also used a big oven, but it only goes down to 170, so we will pre-heat to 170 then turn off the oven and put the blanks inside. 15 minutes later you are good to go.
 
Perfectly normal. Everyone has their own way to fix this. Just be careful not to get too hot or for too long. It will make your blanks brittle. I set mine in the sunlight out side for a bit. In the cold weather I just let them set inside for a while near the heat vent and they fix themselves.
