Has anyone purchased anything from WoodWrite Ltd (Hanover, PA -- http://www.woodwriteltd.com/index.html) in the last couple of months? For the past two weeks I have been trying to get through to them to place a small order and all I get is their answering machine... and they are not returning messages. Any info would be appreciated.
The new toll-free number works... the problem is that there is never anyone one there to answer and they are not returning calls left on thier answering machine. I guess it is time to find another vendor that responds to customer calls.
