Spalted Peppercorn Tree bowl.

Rough turned this one in January (green) and dug it out yesterday to check if it was dry enough to finish. When turned initially the wood was almost completely white with a trace of pink. Please see seperate thread on "Chat" for how I made the spalting.
The bowl measures 8.25 x 3.25 inches and is finished with U-Beaut GLOW.

Serious grain in that chunk of wood, Bob! The finish looks nice, and I love you you did the bottom. I'm not sure about the weird lip though. But that's just me.

There appeared to be a weakness at the lip, so I decided to make the rim a little thicker for some extra strength.
