Looks very nice. The timber is well matched with the antique brass kit.
As a side note, I really like the globe map as a backdrop for the photos.

I've never heard of that wood, but I like it, especially with the spalting. Beautifully paired with the brass, too.

It was sold under the name "Red Zebrawood" at Woodturningz.
I searched the wood database and it appeared under the name Ebiara. The wood received the name Red Zebrawood because of its appearance, but apparently it is also a close relative of the real Zebrawood.
