I turned 61 yesterday and had a doc appointment. I feel good but I told him that him that I get a little short of breath once in a while. He did a EKG and it seems I have Atrail Fibrillation. Now I'm on blood thinners and Looks like I'm going to have to have the valve repaired again, the last repair lasted 9 years. Just a little advice here when you go to the doc. don't be afraid to tell him about something it might be nothing but again it might.

Good Luck Jack. I am a little younger than you and I was diagnosed with it in Dec (after having it for ten years) the pills for blood pressure and blood thinners are crazy, now I have very little energy, BUT I am alive. Take care.

Jack, it must be the last name "Barnes", every one I know with that last name has had ticker issues (my Step Father is a Barnes), on a more serious note take care of yourself and enjoy each day.
